Hi all.
I'm doing some tractography analyses comparing language pathways in
aphasic stroke patients to age matched controls.

As a sanity check, I was wondering if anyone knew of any problems (e.g. MR
signal-related artefacts) with comparing probabilistic tractography results
(in particular tract volume) in patients with lesioned brains to controls,
in brain regions distal to the location of the lesion (i.e. the undamaged,
contralesional hemisphere)?

Thanks,
              John
