Hi. Is it ok to use the randomise version provided with FSL4.1 on a TBSS analysis done using FSL4.0 (TBSS v1.1)? I know that TBSS versions 1.1 and 1.2 are not compatible, but am wondering if I can use randomise v2.1 to conduct stats, as randomise v1.2 has the randomise_parallel option, which would speed up the analysis.
