Hi,

try "invwarp" (assuming you have the warp T1->MNI, for example). See:
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fnirt/warp_utils.html#invwarp <http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fnirt/warp_utils.html#invwarp>
Cheers-

Hi fsl-experts,

is there a way to find some sort of 'inverse matrix' in fnirt?
I have made a FA map comparison between controls and one particular patient
and want to project an interesting difference that I found onto the subjects
T1 anatomical scan.
I know how I would do it with flirt but not with the nonlinear character of
the fnirt warp results.

Thanks, Michael
