Dear FSL experts After running tbss_non_FA on the first eigenvector there is a file in the stats folder called all_V1.nii.gz that is three times larger in size than the other files derived from the same kind of analysis (MD, L1, L2, L3). When using fslsplit in order to do statistics elsewhere, there are "84 subjects" (individual files) although only 28 subjects were included in the initial FA analysis. When I split up the file all_L1.nii.gz, there are 28 subjects. The same is also true for all_V2.nii.gz and V3.nii.gz. Any idea?
