Hi, This isn't ideal, because SIENAX uses the (adult-based) MNI152 standard space image and associated brain mask for parts of its processing. Unless you have a suitable template that matches your age range I would recommend just using BET and then FAST to estimate the brain volume - see their manual pages in the FSL web pages. Cheers.
