Hi all, it may be that we can take on another Learning Support Officer here and I'm after some suggestions for training programmes to bring them up to speed quickly (I think it would be far more beneficial to do the training externally as it keeps our knowledge base up to date). Basically, the question I'm asking is: What courses would you recommend for someone coming into the crazy world of Learning Support undertake? If you know of places to undertake the courses you mention, around London, do include that info! All suggestions are most welcome! Do feel free to contact me off list if that is preferable.
