This is perhaps more about FOI (where a real example cropped up) than
DP, but perhaps experiences overlap.
What if the information that needs to be sent out is on very large bits
of paper (architects plans etc) and the officer doesn't have a copier
that takes A0/A1 paper. Does sending a copy become a disproportionate
effort, or what else happens next?
