Hello List members, I would like to use SnPM5b to perform the equivalent of a 2X2 between subjects ANOVA with two covariates. The last plugin option for > 2 groups calls snpm_pi_ANOVAbtwnS.m. When no option appeared to enter the covariates I examined the program. It appears that the covariate entry code has been commented to not execute. Is there a problem with it, or can I remove the comment characters and allow it to excute? Thanks for your help. Ken
