Hi SPM Experts, I am searching a software that let me reconstructing 3D volumes from 2D MRI slices. I found functions in the image processing Matlab toolbox ( http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/loadFile.do?objectId=1713#) I don't know if it is feasable for my case or not ? I would like to know your opinions in this process. Thanks in advance. Raouia.
