Dear all, I want to find individual common activities in two different sesssions (pre and post), and would you please tell me how to do the realign, registration, and normalization exactly to make it possbile for such statistical analysis. The two sessions are operated separately, and has their own anatomical T1 and BOLD functional data. I want to use the individual anatomical image as a template.
