Hi, Raouia:
First, you use DICOM Import to transfer your DICOM file to the Nifti file format, and then segmentation it. After segmentation, choose Render->Xtract Surface, and then you will get the 3D results.
    Wish it helps!

Hi experts,

I have 23 transversal in series slices (4 mm) , 19 sagittal in series slices
( 3 mm) and 23 coronal in series slices ( 3 mm) . All of that in the T2
modality produced by the IRM for the same subject. They have the DICOM formal.

In fact, I would like to reconstruct these slices into a volume using the
Import DICOM of SPM. How can I do this?

In the SPM5 manual, it isn't explained.

Experts, Could you please help me to do this step.

-Which slice I have to choose?
-How many slices should be used?
-does different slice thickness affect the reconstruction?

Really, any suggestion is wellcome.

Thanks for you in advance.
