For the first report yes, but they would be charged extra if GP / specialist reports were required

Dear List,

I was checking up on our charges of OH appointments, and the list we have dates back to 2003.
We were charging £75 for OHP appointment and £51 for OHA appointment.
The client is a GP, but one who has opted out of the PCT, any ideas?
