Hello All

 

As part of the development work being done in preparation for the New City Library opening in Newcastle in June 2009 we are looking at our enquiry handling processes and would like to use an Enquiry Management System (EMS) to log and record enquiries and to be able to create a FAQ database for staff and public use.

 

We’ve seen the systems which are being used at Leeds and Essex Libraries and would like to know if anyone else uses a commercially bought system or something that has been developed in house.
