I chair the Children
and Young People's Partnership Information Core Aim Group in Conwy. We are
trying to draw up a protocol we can get organisations to sign up to so as to
encourage updating of information, sharing, not duplicating information
gathering and publishing, ensuring it is in many formats and languages etc all
of which are listed in our draft Information Strategy.
Would anyone have an
example they'd be willing to share please? We're not looking for information
sharing about individual customers or clients (which is a huge issue in itself)
but rather the kind of information about services, organisations and events that
children and young people, their families, carers or practitioners who work for
them need every day.
We've already done a
lot of partnership work and have good information services. We now want to widen
that awareness and ensure the partnership working is maintained and best use is
made of it.
