Speaker: Andy Dawson, University College London

Andy will give a light-hearted (but pointed!) view on why IT never seems to
work the way you expect it to! He will also explain some of the reasons why it doesn’t..
Techies attend at their own risk!

Andy Dawson is MSc Information Science Programme Director and Director of
International Relations and Projects at the School of Library & Information
Science, University College London. He has taught a wide range of IT-related
courses there since 1993. Previously he ran library and information services

This talk will be of particular value to anyone registered for CILIP
