Hi Ken,
I’ve just been sent this link by Naomi Korn. It may be too generic www.tasi.ac.uk
Let me know if it’s of any use.

Subject: Development of the face
and palate commercial/free software
Hello
All,
I’m
trying to find an
animation or video on
the development of the face and palate similar to http://www.indiana.edu/~anat550/hnanim/face/face.swf , but with commentary and
more annotation.
Does
anyone know of such a product?
I’d
be happy with either a short video/animation focusing on the development of the face/palate, or perhaps an anatomy or
physiology DVD/software package that includes a section on facial development.
I’ve
exhausted all the film/video sources that I’m aware of without finding anything
that fits the bill, so any help or would be much appreciated.
Best
wishes,
Ken
