FINAL CALL FOR POSTERS AND PAPERS extended
to Friday 31 October 2008
The International Programme Committee invites you
to submit papers and posters for the Workshop entitled “Working with others:
explore, engage, extend” to be held in Dublin 2nd to 5th June
2009.
We seek to develop the Workshop programme within a
framework of interactivity and debate and we invite research papers, reports of
innovative practice and cases which discuss these and related
topics:

Abstract submission
instructions
Final abstract submission will close on
Friday 31 October 2008.
1. Both EAHIL members and non-members may
submit abstracts.
- EAHIL members will login with their ordinary
username and password.
- Non-members first have to register their personal
details to get a username and password.
2. When you login, you come to the abstract
submission system.
- Click on “Papers”. If you already have submitted
abstract(s), you will get a list of your abstract(s) and you can update the
information by clicking on the title.
- If you want to submit a paper or poster, click on
“Add paper”. For author information, use format: surname, forename; surname,
forename.
3. Abstract length should not exceed 2500
characters.
4. You may update your submitted abstract
before the final date of Friday 31 October 2008.

Final extended date is Friday 31 October
2008.
Notification of acceptance by 12 December 2008.
Authors should
confirm their participation in the Workshop by the 31 January 2009.
Full
texts of accepted presentations to be submitted by 24 April 2009 and will be
published on the Workshop website.
