Teaching outside the classroom:
Working with Initial Teacher Education Providers
An interactive and informative day that will:
• Introduce working with Initial Teacher Training Providers and trainee
teachers
• Demonstrate the benefits of working in collaboration
• Show you how to get involved using the Teaching Outside the Classroom
web resource
The day will include presentations by lecturers in Initial Teacher Education,
case studies of museum and gallery projects and workshops, with
contributions from: Canterbury Christ Church University, Oxford Brookes
University, Creative Partnerships, and museums and galleries in the South East.
Lunch will be provided free of charge.
