10.30 - 11.00               Case Study A: Recycling and repurposing – from an ageing interactive to a new web resource – Elfyn Morris.

 

11.15 - 11.45               Case Study B:  Decommissioning redundant technology and going back to square one – Liz Mitchell, Manchester City Galleries

 

11.45 - 12.15               Case Study C Audience consultation as the basis of change – Learn with Museums revamped - Bryony Robins and Caroline Moore, Renaissance East Midlands

 

12.15 - 13.15   Lunch at Potteries Museum

 

13.15 - 15.00               Case Study D: Getting creative with digital resources. Using digital resources to work with community groups (soundscaping, cartoons, etc). Hands on session. John Simmonds, Stoke Museums.

 

15.00 - 15.15   Tea

 

15.15 - 15.45               Case Study E: Creating resources that can easily be reused and repurposed TBC

 

15.45 - 16.15   Panel Discussion

 

16.15 - 16.30   Summing up - final questions, evaluation
