Dear all,

I was wondering how to convert in a practical way the dti-dicom data  to nii format with the extraction of bvals, bvecs for later use in dtifit with a Mac-system

The MRIconvert tool of Jolinda works fine in windows and Linux with the wine emulator.

I couldn´t figure out how to do this via X11 in my Mac. The best way would be writing a Script to process all subjects in an easy way.

I would appreciate it if somebody could give me some hints about that issue.
