Be it to better manage your resources and save money, to reduce emissions as part of an EMS or as part of your CSR reporting, carbon footprinting is now an essential element of environmental and sustainability management. This training will ensure you understand the drivers for footprinting and how to approach it for your institution.

Reducing your carbon footprint can
lead to many benefits; adding value to your organisation's image and complying with legislation. By establishing your carbon footprint you will be able to identify, prioritise and implement carbon reduction opportunities.

This training will help you understand the drivers for carbon footprinting and how to approach it for your institution. With a useful mixture of exercises, discussions and case studies from the sector, the workshop will teach you how to measure the carbon footprint of your organisation and the steps you can take to reduce carbon emissions.

This workshop will:

·       Show delegates how to calculate their institution's carbon footprint

·       Discuss how to reduce carbon footprints
