Dear Colleagues

All Managers within our college are being asked  to participate in this programme run by CEL (Centre for Excellence in Leadership)  which consists of three modules on Leadership and self management with assignments. Have any colleagues done this training if so can you let me know what it was like if possible, how much time it took up, benefits etc.
