We have approximately 14500 enrolments, of which 3400 are FT.  The Exams Team consists of myself as Exams Manager, 3 FT + 1 PT Exams Officers and a PT term time only administrator. Most of the exam duties are carried out by my team, although a small number of exam registrations and certificates are dealt with in the curriculum areas.

Hi Michelle

 

We have 1600 Fulltime students and in addition to this a lot of part-time students. Our Exams Team consists of myself as Exams Officer and my assistant the Exams Administrator.

 

We are based in the MIS office so have the backup support of 4 MIS Administrators for busy times in summer to help us get all the certificates out and during exam time but apart from that its just the two of us.

Would anyone be able to share with me how your Exams Team is structured?  For example how many Exams Officers and Assistants you have along with the approximate amount of learners you have studying at the college.

 

Does anyone 'ship out' any of exam team duties to other areas within the college - if so what and to who?
