Is everyone aware of an update to the CRB inspection procedures....

CRB Inspection Procedures

The CRB are entering a new phase in their Assurance Regime in that they are now operating a ‘three strikes and you are out’ policy. What this means is that if an individual Countersignatory have more than 5% of their forms rejected from the CRB because of errors then they will get three warnings and chances to train to the expected standard but if they subsequently do not get under the 5% then they will be struck-off.
