Wharf Road Project 4 Oct - 19 October 2008
Preview 3 October 6 - 11pm

Summerbranch - 2005-6 Computer installation with sound

For the exhibition the collaborative unnervingly intervene in serene
walk-through forests in a study of camouflage and the use of disguise.

This exhibition is part of the Wharf Road Project organised by V22
which brings more than 20 innovative contemporary art initiatives
together for the first time in a central location, creating a seminal
showcase for the more unusual and innovative. The Wharf Road Project
is not an art fair, but a large-scale exhibition featuring the best
of London's specialist and experimental art spaces, complemented by a
programme of performances, screenings, music and guided tours.

SwanQuake: House - 2007 Computer installation with sound

V22 is pleased to present SwanQuake:House. Through re-purposing media
tools and combining them with re-modeled household objects, House
simulates and reconfigures representations of an east-end underworld.
Gibson and Martelli take over the basement project space to create a
site-responsive work which taps into a sensorial flux where the real
and virtual co-exist.
