Hi Dominic, Isn't the Primary Institution Role set using the INSTITUTION_ROLE field in a user Snapshot feed file? You must set it to the ROLE_ID of the required Institution Role. The example for adding a student record in the Advanced Data Integration and Management Manual is as follows: EXTERNAL_PERSON_KEY|USER_ID|SYSTEM_ROLE|FIRSTNAME|LASTNAME|EMAIL|INSTIT UTION_ROLE [log in to unmask] The Role_IDs can be found under the Admin Panel \ Institution Roles. We are trying to give our overseas students the primary role of e-community so they can view the overseas tab in Blackboard. However this is proving to be an issue. Does anyone know of a fix to this? Setting the secondary role is fine, but we need the primary role ot be setup?
