Surrey History Centre in Woking is pleased
to announce a series of events to mark the 90th anniversary of the Armistice,
ranging from the archaeology of the Western Front to the playwright R C
Sherriff, and the Surrey Regiments to war memorials. Beginning 8 November
with a military family history events, the series culminates in the Annual
Surrey Heritage Lecture by Prof. Richard Holmes on 29 November.
