Paul - we have a Harassment & Bullying Policy for staff and
students with informal and formal procedures and also a Harassment Contacts
Scheme.
We are currently reviewing the procedures and a new policy is
being drafted.
The policy links to various other ones including Disciplinary,
Grievance, Student Regulations, Student Complaints etc
If a member of staff feels that their complaint has not been
properly investigated they can initiate the relevant stage of the Grievance
Procedures.

have separate policies for harassment or are complaints investigated under
normal grievance procedures?
