Dear Colleagues, Birmingham Archaeology are contemplating a program of C90 analysis on Roman cattle remains from Chester. I know very little about the C90 method and would very much appreciate a short and lucid explanation. Would this technique be able to determine the place of origin of livestock if applied to cattle lower third molars? Ian L. Baxter
