Hello All I am currently trying to run an analysis comparing pairs of scans (pre and post condition). A single covariate works perfectly e.g, grey matter volume, gender etc, but more than one does not - matlab encounters a plot error during model estimation due to incorrect vector lengths. Does anyone have any ideas why matlab is happy with each covariate vector length in isolation but not when multiple covariates are used? Am I missing something obvious? With thanks Rachel
