Hello,
You may also wish to check which spm_getSPM
file is being used. Several toolboxes use that file as an entry point for
custom results displays. While SPM is running, in the MATLAB command
window type 'which spm_getSPM'. If it does not display your SPM path's
spm_getSPM, then also check that the toolbox which it references has updated
this file to the newest SPM.
For example, our WFU_PickAtlas uses this entry point and
was recently updated. If you typed `which spm_getSPM` you might
get:
/opt/spm5/toolbox/wfu_pickatlas/spm_getSPM.m
If you have the pickatlas, you may check that you have the
updated version of the pickatlas by looking at the wfu_spm_getSPM5.m file and
look for a line towards the end of the descriptions that
reads:
% $Id: wfu_spm_getSPM5.m,v 1.18 2008/09/04 12:33:21 bwagner Exp $
If it doesn't show the
above line, I'd recommend downloading the newest
version.
Best Wishes,
Ben Wagner

Hello again,
Thank you for reply.
We have the latest
version of SPM5 and we checked our spm_getSPM.m file.
That file has exactly
what should have according to that explanation.
But, the problem is there.
We are sure this a bug. Because, it happened so randomly.
Is there any other
way to test for this bug?
Thanks,

To check which SPM version you have, type:
>> edit spm_getSPM.m
and around line 162, you should read:
% $Id: spm_getSPM.m 1563 2008-05-07 14:16:43Z ferath $

Hello,
The
explanation is probably given here:

I
hope this helps,
