John, If you want to use SPM2-formatted Analyze input *.hdr/*.img/*.mat files for a new analysis, SPM5 can read those without any special conversion required. The SPM5 output will be in NIFTI format which SPM2 does not interpret. Hi, I have some data in SPM2 format, which I would like to convert to SPM5. I didn't find such an option in any of known tools (like MRICron, DCM2NII). Neither did I find SPM2->DICOM conversion. Any idea? Thank you. John
