Dear SPM and FIR experts,

 

 I'm venturing into the FIR analysis and I would like to know whether my parameters are correctly set.

 So, in my fMRI design, the ISI is 8sec and the TR is 2sec. In order to compare the maximum intensity after the

 stimulus presentation (the intensity between 4 and 6 sec with the first 4sec),  I did as follows.

 

   - window length : 8 sec / order : 4 (so, I have 1 beta per each TR points)

 

   - For definining contrast : -1  -1  1  1 

 

 Any comments would be much appreciated.
