Apologies for cross points. After two highly successful years as a Working Group the Geographies of Children Youth and Family Working Group is applying to become a Research Group! This will give us permanent status and allow us to continue supporting work in this area, sponsoring conferences, workshops, etc and supporting those most in need in their participation. Every RGS Fellow is now able to join an unlimited no. of Research Groups, so I urge all those who are paid up Fellows of the RGS to join the Children, Youth and Family Group and support our application as we become a full research group. You can do this by contacting the RGS directly or, perhaps more simply, emailing Faith Tucker the group Secretary with your name and academic affiliation.
