Print

Hi Melanie,

I just bought a Epson GT-15000 A3 scanner (with a grant from the Community Foundation - £700) and that’s working pretty well.  We’re just doing scan and print now and saving all the scans to a Network Attached Storage device as back up.  I’ve even had a few occasions where I have already scanned something so I can just reprint it!  We’ve got folders under barcode numbers for the books and the reference numbers for the archives to keep things organized.

Do let me know if anyone else has found something great though so I can push towards it next time there is some money on offer!

Jennifer

Our archival/rare books photocopier needs to be replaced. Does anyone have recommendations for either a photocopier or scanner? (Offering a scan and print service is being considered in place of photocopying.) Thank you.
