I wonder if anyone may be able to help us with this enquiry, please.

One of our library users has requested an item which is referenced in an issue of Clinical Biochemistry.

The details we have are

There are no page numbers at all.  The item is only referenced once on the web according to Google, which is in a reference list we have obtained in another journal article by the same author in the same journal title.  We have recommended to the library user that he tries to email the author directly for the report he requires, but if anyone may happen to be able to find more details of the “Risk management at the front end…” article we would be very grateful.
