I am trying to put together some good questions to measure the impact of an information literacy intervention - in either a yes / no or a scale fashion.

I appreciate that it depends, to some extent, on the intervention. Plus going through the various ILIT standards, ACRL etc. or using published diagnostic tests etc. would be a route to go down. However I would be really interested in what criteria other people have used both as indicators of changes in people's attitudes and their ability to do things.
