Dear all,

The same situation happened with the Springer website change. There 
is no way that users can tell which titles we are subscribed to until 
they try to access the article and are denied access. We have asked 
for some type of search or display option that will give users an 
indication as to which titles are full-text and part of our 
subscription. They said they were working on something but that was months ago.
The green buttons that displayed in Synergy were great and Wiley need 
to implement a similar display feature when they do the final 
"change/upgrade"  to their database at the end of the year.

Maybe the more feedback/complaints that these companies receive might 
result in changes. The old adage - if it ain't broke, it don't need 
fixing - applies. Why do they change things and remove the "good" 
features and promote it as an upgrade/improvement?
