italian-studies: Scholarly discussions in any field of Italian studies *Apologies for cross-posting* Dear all, Registration is now open for: 'Technologies for Cultural Heritage: Leonardo and Beyond' Oxford, 1-2 October 2008 Organized by the Italian Embassy in London and Italian Studies at Oxford The symposium will concentrate on three areas: 1) TECHNOLOGIES: scientific examination of artefacts using cutting edge techniques; 2) PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT: visual analysis / computer vision / data storage in research and education; 3) EDUCATION: new technologies in professional education in heritage management.
