Howdy Jeanette!

Just trying to catch up on FSL mails, and saw this one of yours.  This sounds like good news.. i.e. res4d is what you'd expect.  But, for my info, what did the res4d *used* to contain?

Hi,

I've run FEAT analysis with and without whitening and have noticed that now the res4d image in the stats directory differs between the analyses.  It is safe to assume these residuals are from the final fitted model now and will reflect the prewhitened model when prewhitening is used?

Thanks,
Jeanette
