For some of our systems to support research we send or staff input personal details so that they can have access to the services provided.

 

A colleague gave me a contract that we should be getting them to sign as data processors. He thought that it had been developed by JISC

but looks like it may be out of date as it refers to the Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

 

Is there a standard template available that I could adopt for our needs?
