Maybe we should ask under FOIA for a copy of the business case showing
why French and Spanish were chosen above all the 40 odd other languages
spoken in the UK now. Having heard Richard White stress several times in
the last year about the under funding of his office I'm sure there must
be a good case for them to spend the money on this ;-). Cue a list of
exemptions...?!
