I think you will find that you can make the release dependent upon an attempt in the grade book so it should be released as soon as they submit, regardless of the score.

Subject: Adaptive Release

Hi guys.

Has anyone had any luck using the assignment tool and adaptive release?

What we basically want to do is have a student submit an assignment and then another document automatically appear giving them feedback on how the assignment should of been answered.

The problem being I can't seem to set an adaptive release on the assignment without

A) having the 'marked review' button appearing, which is there all the time therefore the student could just click on it before he/she has even done the assignment and the see the answers document.

B) having to go into the grade book and mark the assignment before the student can see the other document, which isn't practical as we want students to get this document straight after submission so the tutors can mark later on.

Any ideas/workarounds would be much appreciated. We are running bb 7.2.330.25
