Dear SPM experts, I would appreciate your help if you could kindly tell me how to solve the problem below during normalization: Running "Normalise: Estimate" Smoothing by 0 & 8mm.. Coarse Affine Registration.. Fine Affine Registration.. 3D CT Norm... iteration 1: Error running job: Out of memory. Type HELP MEMORY for your options. In file "C:\matlab72\work\spm5\spm_normalise.m" (v946), function "snbasis" at line 300. In file "C:\matlab72\work\spm5\spm_normalise.m" (v946), function "spm_normalise" at line 194. In file "C:\matlab72\work\spm5\spm_config_norm.m" (v1032), function "estimate" at line 444. -------------------------- Done. Note that it seems like this error message appear after I change the nonlinear frequency cutoff from 25 to 7. Thank you for your help in advance. Many thanks, Edward
