According to (the very useful) A Sidney Chronology (ed. Michael Brennan and Noel Kinnamon), Elizabeth was "probably born" in early November 1585. The editors note that "Earlier sources give the birth as 31 January 1585" but that material in Collins indicates a birth after March 1585. Elizabeth was christened at St Olave's, Hart Street, near Walsingham House on 20 November (pp. 100-101).
