Hi Nicola You can get hold of software to do this for you - it works by installing a PDF print driver, so all you then have to do is go to the print menu and select PDF as the printer. If you're using a uni computer, then the IT bods might have put one on there already. If not, then Google "PDF995" for a free download. Hope this helps Denham
