a female (!) one at that.!

previously the polish physicians i have had corresponsdance from
have used ICD took me while to know what they were doing and
eventually i thought nothing of a note saying he is being treated
for a 19 and i could look up what it was.,
I would think this (in my 1980's latin class) was chest fisulas
from skin....
...oh the joys of catholic school...and what i now know to be a
latin teacher with a diagnosable mental health condition which in this
day and age would preclude him from teaching!!

a fistula, which is a narrow duct or passage Tegm = I have no idea,
could this be a mis-spelling? thoracis = of the
thorax Unless you can re-interpret Tegm, it could be anything
from zits on his chest wall that have been draining onto the skin to
melanoma deposits or anything in-between! Sorry not to have
