This session will begin to introduce you to some techniques which will help you to enhance these abilities and handle a range of interpersonal situations with skill and confidence. Techniques will include some basic assertiveness and the impact of positive behaviour, along with learning a little about the communication aspects of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
