Hi,
I've ran probtractx and now I'm trying to classify an ROI into 2 areas depending upon its
connectivity footprint to numerous other areas as implemented in Klein (2007) & Tomassini
(2007).
Is it possible to produce the connectivity matrix and subsequent separation (using k-means
segmentation) within fsl or are additional scripts needed?
