adding another thread to the vast Philips DTI list.
I have a problem with bvecs. I extracted these values for bvals and bvecs from the PAR header of my DTI data. I checked on normalization as recommended and well they are not. I know how to correct them with the equation in the FAQ section. But what do I do with the last entry - basically the vector there is 0. How can I normalize it to be 1. (The one before last ist my b0 - although it won't matter in the calcualation but would fsl want to have here a vector different from 0).
